What kind of design services do you offer?
I’m a full-service designer with experience in a wide range of print and digital services, so I pretty much do it all. I specialize in spatial design and brand identity. I love those areas of design and have the most experience in them so I can bring an extra level of excellence to those projects. See more about my spatial design and brand identity services. If you’re wondering if I can provide the design service you’re in need of, email me:

What is spatial design?
Spatial design incorporated aspects of architecture, interior design, and graphic design. It is simply design for interior and exterior spaces and it’s one of my specialties. It's sometimes called environmental graphic design or spatial storytelling. It can solve problems such as unclear wayfinding, or a boring, lifeless, outdated space. With a background in architecture and experience with custom fabrications/installations, I have this unique skill set that not many designers have.
I help churches, coffee shops, and small businesses tell their story through inspiring, inviting, and on-brand spaces. I collaborate with clients to create places that people love being in, taking photos of and inviting their friends to. Email me to discuss the exciting process of transforming your space:

What is graphic design?
Graphic design is the creative discipline of using typography, color, iconography, imagery and illustration to visually communicate through digital or print mediums. Often involving computer software, graphic design is a mix of art, technology and problem-solving. Graphic design can be used to identify a brand, convey a message, tell a story, create an immersive environment, or sell a product.
Organizations use graphic designers to bring their vision to life in order to inspire, inform, engage and connect with their audience. The majority of graphic design jobs exist in the corporate, marketing, and advertising worlds. But designers can also work for nonprofits, apparel brands, record labels, small businesses and more.
How do I know if a graphic designer has the skills and experience for my project?
Investing in graphic design services for your organization can be a big step and not all designers are the same. So, hiring the right one is an important decision. I would recommend doing your research. Go beyond google, by vetting potential designers using their website, reviews, and social media. Look at their work samples and select a designer who does work in a similar market or style you're looking for. If any designer or small agency claims to offer too many services in different fields, that's a red flag that they aren't experts at anything. Book a couple of phone calls with designers. It’ll be easy to tell if they’re a good fit for you if they earn your trust and show you stunning work samples.
Graphic designers aren’t just artists, they’re problem-solvers, strategic thinkers, and ultimately business collaborators. Your project will be successful if you work with someone who is creative, who has a track record of reliability and quality within their field, who you trust and connect with, and whose design work you love! I have a Master’s degree in architecture from RISD and have been a graphic designer for 13 years, 11 of which was on staff at Mosaic Church in Winter Garden, FL. Creativity is part of everything I do and I have a reputation for being reliable, doing excellent work, and being a joy to work with. I don’t miss deadlines. I don’t disrespect clients (publicly or privately). And I don’t “phone in” any design projects (read more)! I put my best work out there on each and every design. Email me anytime with questions or to schedule a call to discuss your project:

How does the design process work?
Most projects start with a zoom call about your spatial design or graphic design project. We discuss the project scope, timeline and deliverables as well as any parameters or inspiration you want to provide. (Brand Identity projects go through a brand discovery step where you will fill out a fun worksheet all about your business and your goals/dreams for the brand.) Next I send you a quote for your project. Once we agree on that, a 50% deposit and signed Contract kicks things off. Then I get to work on the first round of initial design concepts. Most packages come with several initial concepts and several rounds of revisions. Once you’re 100% happy with the design, I’ll prep final files and email them to you in several easy-to-use file formats. The process is exciting and collaborative! Ready to get started? Email me:

Where are you located? Do you only work with local small businesses, organizations and churches?
I’m located in Winter Garden, FL near Orlando. I serve clients worldwide of all sizes and types. All of my services can be offered remotely and can easily be managed through video calls, email communication and digitally delivering final files. I love forming personal and collaborative relationships with clients and have strong ties to my community in West Orange County Florida. But I approach every project with the same personal touch that is highly invested in your story and success!
Do you ever do rush designs or quick-turnaround projects?
Sometimes. I book projects on a first-come, first-serve basis. If I have other projects I’m currently working on, I only add rush projects at an overtime rate (or not at all depending on the size and deadline). Email me anytime to find out how far out I’m booked up or if I can add a rush design project:

Why are branding and good design important?
Good branding helps organizations stand out in a unique and memorable way. Design visually represents your brand and tells people what to expect. It gives people a window into your personality, identity and DNA. Those are worth representing authentically.
Strong design tells your audience you take quality and excellence seriously. It legitimizes your brand and gives you credibility. Consistent and inspiring branding builds trust and allows people to connect with you. It should be considered a valuable investment, one that will position your business for success.
What is Branding?
Branding is simply the act of shaping an audience's perception and gut feeling about an organization. The best brands build connections with their audience by representing themselves consistently across all their touchpoints in a unique, authentic, and memorable way. Many things contribute to branding, including brand identity, brand values, brand experience, brand differentiation and brand messaging.
How do you price your graphic design services?
I charge based on project, not hourly and I quote each project individually. Most projects start with a zoom call where we can discuss your specific project so I can give you a custom quote (within 1-2 business days).
I’m a quality graphic designer with a pretty substantial amount of experience. However, as a freelance studio, I have very low small-business overhead and my experience has taught me how to work quickly and efficiently. If you’re wondering if my rate will fit your budget, reach out. You might be surprised. And if you have a firm budget that you’d like to know if I can work within, let’s discuss! We can usually move forward within those parameters.

Do you build websites or do coding?
No. I don’t provide web design services. However I have great relationships with several professionals who do. I can do the graphic design portion of your project and coordinate with a great web designer to make the process successful and seamless for you.
Do you ever donate or discount your graphic design services?
Yes. I have an annual goal for how many hours of graphic design services I intend to donate. Having worked at a church for over a decade, being an adoptive mother, and being pretty involved in my community and global causes, I have strong relationships with several local nonprofits and missions organizations. All that to say, those donated hours go pretty fast, so if you’re wondering if I could donate my graphic design services to your project, reach out as early as possible. I love giving back where I can!
