STATEMENT OF WORK
PROJECT STEPS & TIMELINE
Step 1: Pay full $350 deposit to book your spot.
Step 2: I’ll email you to set up a project start date in December or January. I will include a Brand Discovery Worksheet asking you all about your organization and your desires for your logo. Most clients find this to be a fun process and can complete the worksheet in about 30 minutes. You’ll need to email it back before your project start date.
Step 3: I’ll design 2 logo options for you to give feedback on and these will be sent to you within 1 week after your start date. You will have 1 week to respond with your feedback (or your project will be considered "on hold" and a will be subject to rescheduling and/or fees).
Step 4: I revise your logo based on your feedback and email you one final design to approve. (Additional revisions and options are possible for an extra $150 per revision or option). Approval or add-on revisions will need to happen from you within 2 business days.
Step 5: I prepare your final logo package which includes your logo in 1 lockup, 2 colorways, and multiple file types (pdf, jpg, eps, png). This step takes 2 business days.

OPTIONS & REVISIONS
2 initial concept designs will be given. Client feedback should be given by email.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Add-on services or additional revisions are available. Email to inquire.
OWNERSHIP
Preliminary concepts that don’t become the final design are retained as property of The Honest Pixel LLC. The client’s final logo and everything included in the final package of deliverables becomes the client’s property. The Honest Pixel LLC reserves the right to use any design work done (preliminary or final) for portfolio, promotion, and advertising, 15 days after project completion (unless a different timeline is specified by the client).
CLAUSE
Projects can be terminated at any time by either The Honest Pixel or the client. If the client terminates the project, the $350 full deposit is non-refundable. If The Honest Pixel terminates the project, the $350 full deposit will be returned.
FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the State of Florida and any dispute shall be finally resolved by the Florida courts.
